III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

3.1. Community Participants:

- to participate in the management of the company's affairs in the manner specified in this Charter:
- to obtain information about the activities of the society and get acquainted with its accounting books and other documents in accordance with the procedure specified in the legal documents and the founding documents of the society:
-participation in profit sharing:
- to sell one's share in the company's charter fund (charter capital) or a part of it to one or more participants of the company in the manner stipulated in this charter, or to give it up in another way in favor of them
- to withdraw from the society at any time in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Charter and legal documents, regardless of the consent of other participants of the society:
- in case of liquidation of the company, to receive a part of the remaining property or its value after settlement with creditors.
Community Participants may also have other rights provided for by law.
3.2. Obligations of Community Participants:
- inclusion of shares in the manner, amount and methods provided for by law in documents and this Charter:
- not to disclose commercial secret information about the company's activities:
-Participants of the Society have other obligations provided for by law and this Charter.
IV. LEGAL STATUS OF THE SOCIETY.

4.1. The society acquires the status of a legal entity from the time of state registration.

4.2. In its activity, the society relies on the legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the founding agreement and this charter.
4.3. The state and its bodies are not responsible for the obligations of the society, just as the society is not responsible for the obligations of the state and its bodies.
4.4. The society has a round seal, a corner stamp, a letterhead with its name and emblem, a trademark and other registries.
