V. PROPERTY AND FUNDS.

5.1. The society uses its own property independently.

- formation of community property is carried out as follows:
-participant connections;
- voluntary shares and allocations of citizens, as well as institutions, enterprises and public associations;
- rent and other payments and receipts allowed by legal documents;
- voluntary and charitable contributions;
- in other ways not prohibited by the current legal documents.


VI. CHARTER FUND.
6.1. The charter fund of the society consists of 792,000.00 (seven hundred and ninety-two thousand) US dollars.
6.2. Share of founders in the Charter Fund:
- "RUKSHONA SHODYONA"limited liability company - 270,000.00 (two hundred and seventy thousand) US dollars, i.e. 34.1%, will be included in the form of money, property, raw materials and production equipment.
- "SYUN HUA Agriculture and Livestock Development" Limited Liability Company — 330,000.00 (three hundred and thirty thousand) US dollars, i.e. 41.7%, will be included in the form of money, property, raw materials and production equipment.
- Hebei Zhuobo Trading Co., Ltd— 192,000.00 (one hundred and ninety-two thousand) US dollars, i.e. 24.2%, will be included in the form of two TN7 540 hp vehicles.

6.3. The charter fund shall be included within one year after the state registration, and the registering authority shall be informed about it.

6.4. Monetary securities, other things or property rights or other rights transferred to another person having a monetary value can be contributions to the Chartered Fund (Chartered Capital) of the company.
The monetary value of non-monetary contributions to the Chartered Fund (Chartered Capital) of the Company's participants and third parties admitted to the Company shall be confirmed by the decision of the general meeting of the Company's participants unanimously adopted by all the Company's participants.
6.5. It is allowed to increase the authorized fund (authorized capital) of the company only after it is fully paid. The increase of the authorized fund (authorized capital) of the company is carried out according to the decision of the general meeting of the participants of the company with a majority vote of at least two-thirds of the total number of votes of the participants of the company.
The increase of the authorized fund (authorized capital) of the society can be carried out at the expense of the property of the society and (or) at the expense of additional contributions of the participants of the society and (or) at the expense of the contributions of third parties accepted into the society.
6.6. The company has the right to reduce its charter fund (charter capital), and in the cases provided for by law, the company is obliged to reduce the charter fund (charter capital) by reducing the nominal value of its participants' shares in the company's charter fund (charter capital) and (or) paying for the shares belonging to the company.
If, as a result of such a reduction, the amount of the Chartered Fund (Chartered Capital) is less than the minimum amount of the Chartered Fund (Chartered Capital) established in accordance with this Law as of the date of submission of the documents for state registration of the relevant amendments to the founding documents of the company, in accordance with this Law, the company shall reduce its Chartered Fund ( In cases where it is forced to reduce the authorized capital), the company has no right to reduce its authorized fund (authorized capital) if the authorized fund (authorized capital) is less than the minimum amount determined in accordance with this Law according to the state of the company on the date of state registration.
