but rather an industry that provides recreational opportunities that can meet the most demanding tastes of
modern society's different requirements. However, the level of legislative control of hotel services in our
country is plainly lacking for the effective growth of the hotel business. Because the hotel industry is still
fairly fresh to the contemporary economy, hotel management issues are rarely
examined from a legal
standpoint.
To provide a clear and comprehensive definition of hotel services, it is important to first define the
literal meaning of the main term in this sector, "hotel." There is no single term that captures the core of this
concept in contemporary Uzbek literature on business. All definitions in the pertinent regulatory regulations
are generic, ambiguous, or insufficient.
Below we can make an example from the opinion of some scientists. In the first instance, Lesnika
A.L., Chernisheva A.V mentioned that where the term "hotel" indicates “
the property complex which
includes a part of a building that includes a building, equipment and other assets supposed for the supply
of lodging services”[1], Kabushkin N.I., Bondarenko G,A claims that this definition is "offering a variety
of services for consumers outdoors the home, showing, the most significant
of them is a business with
(complex) accommodation and catering services"[2], Kakosyan E.K explained such as "furnished
mansion"[3].
The well-known two-sidedness of the concept of hotel enterprises, inn for regular hotels and hotel
for high-class hotels, is losing its ancient spiritual distinction in English nowadays.
The Holiday Inn
multinational hotel chain is a prime illustration of this. A hotel is defined in foreign literature as a facility
that houses the general public in buildings outfitted with the requisite furnishings and provides one or more
of the standard hotel amenities, such as restaurant service, wake-up service, telephone, laundry, and so on
[4].
The definition of S. Medlik, H. Ingram seems quite appropriate, according to which a hotel is an
institution that provides accommodation on a commercial basis and offers its facilities and services
individually
or in various combinations, and this the concept consists of several elements such as location,
hotel amenities, its image, service and price [5]. Taking into account the above information, the following
definition was proposed:
A hotel is a property complex under a single management system for the purpose
