Observation report
In teaching process, experience is the main thing. Because in education for attaining something, we need to get experience and then we will be able to teach freely and without any fear. In fact for the experience we should step a stage which is called observation stage. In it we can observe one’s lesson and analyze it and can take something new. We were planned also to step this stage in our practice life.
Truth be told that we come across difficulties in any kind of job as well as in teaching process. I mean everybody is not equal may be he or she wants another thing. Every pupil wants to learn something and the should be creative for it. And they should observe society around them. Because if teachers give some information to the pupils. The pupils understand it as reality and they believe it.
In my practice life we were able to observe the teachers’ lessons who are working in that school are very friendly. First of all I came across some difficulties connecting with pupils and then with the help of teachers I began to be friend with them. Frankly speaking, with the help of passive and active practice process I learnt new methods for me.
During passive practice we observed some teachers lessons. I think all of us could learn important things which we need in our future. Such as keeping pupils in peace and paying attention to all of them. That was very interesting for us because during analyzing it we are able to know teachers mistakes.
In active practice we were able to observe our classmates lessons. That was more impressive as analyzing of our friends’ lessons are more better. We can feel it ours also. Because mostly student make the same mistakes. And one solve enough for them I think. In addition we were trying for the best that’s why our lessons was very interesting, holding handouts, postcards, new modern technologies and new teachers. Of course we made some mistakes. After a lesson our teachers did the meeting. Yes, in it our mistakes were counted. Knowing our faults is better because then we try not to repeat it again. Tо conclude, in my practice I observe many interesting lessons and they gave me wonderful things. As mentioned above last mistake is the best teacher. It means after a mistake then we will not it. For those we need experience, including practice. My mistakes were corrected by teachers as well, I believe that they will not be repeated in my future.
