Entry I. Descriptive Report of the teaching context
1.1. Descriptive Report
I am Sadokat Khusanova, student of SamSIFL. I am graduating this year as a member of group number 401 English faculty II. Because of my pedagogical practice I was sent to my own district. Teaching practice begins from 05 September till November which consists of 60 work days. Firstly, we made a contract with director of school. And the conference is held by teachers to account for our practice’s aims and how should it be hold. Secondly, we began our practice in school. It is divided into two passive and active branches. At the beginning we only observe and learn how to handle the classes from our school teachers. So it is called passive practiced. Then we begin teaching and it`s name as Active practice. The last, we should gather all our documents, photographs, demo lesson videos and accumulated them in one file and it is our practice’s final part. Our practice’s aim is to work with teaching documents, observe and analyze lessons, to develop teaching strategies and learn make lesson plans.
I decided to begin in friendly atmosphere. So I chose my ex-school number 103 located in Kattakurgan district. In the beginning I went to school and made a contract about my pedagogical practice in this school. That’s why I have been practicing since 05 September in this school under control my monitor Tokhir Urchinov, my lovely teacher.
I have been working with 5th “A” class. I have been observing, teaching, assessing them according to their behaviors, knowledge and atmosphere. Classes Consist of 45 minutes and we name this as I hour. Break time is 5 or 10 minutes. I have observed them in literature, mother tongue, math and other subjects. I have notified that every pupil interested in different subjects and they have kind of abilities and skills in this fields. I have scrutinized also their behaviors in classes, out of classes yes not in families. In school different kind of meetings, extracurricular activities has been hold by teachers. I also tried to participate them but not all of them.
After all, I have taught classes as a teacher independently without sharing with another teacher. During the lessons I have laced some difficulties. At the beginning it was challenge to deal with pupils because of their age as a teenager. 1 tried to speak with them friendly about their problems in studies or about their difficulties or drawbacks. The next problem is time management. Because in my class there are 20 and 21 pupils. So sometimes it is impossible to evaluate all of them in one lesson or at the same time. I made some extracurricular activities with some willing pupils. Besides this I held the motivation about their marks. I deal with them if they read one novel I promised to raise their marks. It worked and they tried to read novels and reading a book is necessary not only by teachers but also for other professions.
In conclusion, I finish my practice in school on 103th September then I work with documents and my practice ended on 15th November. Then I worked with documents in institute with my supervisor Rustamov Alisher. I have scrutinized a lot from my teaching practice as teacher. I have faced some difficulties and tackled them. I have made some notes for myself. I think it has been very useful and abounds to benefits tor my future.
