4.1 Reflective writing I. Entry1. Descriptive Report of the Teaching context 1.1. Descriptive Report As we know teaching process is very complicated and responsible process. Since the teaching profession is considered as the most honorable and untroubled profession. As we are the fourth year of students, the beginning of the summer semester was high time for us to have the teaching practice. Thus we have started our teaching practice at the beginning on December. Before going to practice ,we have spoken about the features of teaching practice and were explained us how to participate in this process and were informed with all important instruction. It is very responsible time for us during our all life time. Our practice lasted for 48 days and it divided two stages: passive and active practice. Passive practice lasted 10 days and others were active. The next day I went to the school number 18 which is located in Bulungur district that belongs to Samarkand region. I was leaded by Kholmuradova D. who was the head of our practice. I was introduced with English teachers and Eshbekova N. became my mentor. Different aged learners, I mean different groups were given for us to teach. As for me, I was given class 2”D” which consisted of 30 pupils. At first, during the passive practice, i observed pupils and teachers as well. Lessons were really exciting, pupils were eager to learn languages. It is clear that teachers should pay attention to a number of features relating to pupil’s abilities and creativities. They are the kid’s learning strategies, the learning new words, character, behavior of the pupils and other factors that must be taken into account. For this reason, I tried to identify pupils learning style, learning strategies which would be helpful for me while conducting lesson to pupils. my mentor, Eshbekova Nigora, taught me how to teach way of conducting the lesson and how to use different teaching methods and techniques efficiently. Sum up, the observation results of the teaching practice showed that teacher must be highly educated and smart, eager to innovation in other case she can not make pupils obey and listen to him/her. So, if you want to be the best teacher, you should be acknowledged, motivated, polite kind, patient and love to teach children and only in this case you can succeed, achieve you goals.
