MASTER'S DISSERTATION ABSTRACT
1. Justification of the subject of the master's thesis and its relevance.
Today, even on the scale of our planet, we understand that the driving force of world civilization, the stratum that can accelerate the ship of development, are qualified professionals who can adapt to the demands of the times and respond to them with "labbay". The higher education system will undoubtedly prepare such personnel.
For this reason, today the world is paying special attention to science, education and training, which is the cornerstone of development, a powerful force that can make the country powerful and the nation great. It is not for nothing that the development of education is defined as the first task in a number of leading countries of the world. After all, the future and development of the country directly and indirectly depends on the achievements made in this field.
In the following years, the development of public-private partnership in the field of higher education, improvement of the material and technical base of higher education institutions, providing them with modern educational and scientific laboratories and information and communication technologies, educational and methodological materials and curricula based on international educational standards, and the use of leading pedagogical technologies. By widely introducing the process, much attention is being paid to the issues of improving the quality of education.
At the expense of increasing the number and effectiveness of state and non-state institutions of higher education, practical work is being carried out to increase the level of coverage of higher education from fifty percent by 2030, and to further increase the number of institutions of higher education. Efforts to include at least ten higher education institutions in the list of the first 1000 of the rating of internationally recognized organizations, including the National University of Uzbekistan and Samarkand State University in the list of the first 500 institutions of higher education, are ongoing.
As a result of the development of our society, the goals of increasing the coverage of higher education from fifty percent by 2030 due to the increase in the number and efficiency of the above-mentioned state and non-state higher education institutions have been set. Based on this, as a result of the increase in the number of students, it is inevitable that the demand for student residential buildings (TTJ) will increase.
Construction of TTJ buildings as a result of coverage of these HEIs is one of the urgent issues of today. Finding a solution to these problems requires new approaches to the construction of buildings. Today, in addition to typical projects, the design of buildings incorporating typological and compositional planning solutions in order to keep the temperature of cool air in summer and warm in winter is one of the urgent issues of today.
