ABSTRACT
The importance of abstract comes from the fact that it provides the first impression a
person gets of the project. Hence, the abstract should include a brief of the project that is being
explained to the reader. A good abstract begins with an introduction about the subject, followed
by the problem statements and a concise explanation of the problem which you need to solve
or deal with. A brief summary of methodology and achievements should also be included in
the abstract.
The abstract should not include abbreviations without defining them by full term at first use,
except for well-defined obvious
abbreviations when necessary, based on directions of the
supervisor. No references should be used in the abstract. The abstract should not be less than
180 words and should not exceed 450 words.
