4.2.11.7. Automatic reclosure (AR) 
4.2.11.7.1. Overhead lines in the transmission grid should have the function for automatic 
reclosure (AR) with the following operational logics: 
- single phase AR in 400 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV transmission grid with 
interruption time that is 1 s;
- 
three phase AR in 220 kV and 110 kV transmission grids, and only in extreme 
cases in 400 kV transmission grids, with interruption time that is 1 s. 
4.2.11.7.2. Three-phase AR in 400 kV transmission grid, and (on needed basis) also three-
phase AR in 220 kV transmission grid shall be applied with the control of synchronization 
requirements. In 110 kV transmission grids, three-phase AR shall operate with no control of 
synchronization requirements (synchro check) and it shall be applied only if generators are 
located in the vicinity..

4.3.2.1. In its facilities where the lines start and go to the generation facility, JSC EMS shall 
place a supply scheme that includes the high-voltage fields in these facilities (block-
transformer, self-consumption transformer and other relevant elements), which are of the 
interest for transmission grid operation. 
4.3.2.2. If the line for auxiliary supply of the power plant from the transmission grid has been 
provided, that it can be used as the alternative connection for delivery of generated electricity.
