INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation)
The aim of the research is to substantiate the socio-philosophical impact of
education on the functional development of an informed society.
The object of the research is education and the
information society, their
dialectical interrelationship.
The subject of the researchis to justify the role of information society in the
improvement and promotion of educational processes
with the help of modern
information and technical means.
The scientific novelty of the study is as follows:
it has been determined that the development of education and an information
society is manifested through feedback in the context of dialectical engagement in
an information society, the constructive foundations of the manifestation of
epistemological, ontological, systemic characteristics of knowledge and information
in attributive, functional, communicative
approaches;
the constructive importance of information and education in the processes of
analysis, understanding, and informationalization of
education and information
society based on the category of possibility and reality of philosophy is revealed
according to a systematic
approach;
it has been justified that the ideological tools affecting the development of
education in the information society and the technologies
aimed at solving the
problems related to their use are closely related to the strategic directions related to
the provision of cyber security, formation of information use culture and ideological
immunity in state administration;
it has been based on the synthesis of the
flow of information through
technological and existential (informational epistemology), exoteric (visible) and
esoteric (hidden) types of knowledge against the background of the transformation
of national cultures.
