Classification of workers into groups:The company must decide whether the employee to be
hired is temporary or permanent. A permanent employee is hired by the company for a long term. Such employees are expected to be happy with the business benefits and their participation even when the business is booming. Temporary employees are hired. for a certain period of time or to fill a vacant position. Since permanent employees are considered part of the business, they are more diligent and motivated than temporary employees. On the other hand, more control is placed on the company's capabilities when hiring temporary workers. Permanent or temporary, part-time or full-time workers are employed. A full-time worker works 30 or more hours per week. A part-time worker works fewer hours each day or fewer days per week.Specified Job Requirements Before starting the hiring process , workers learn the work they have to do during work.
