Classification of workers into groups:The company must decide whether the employee to be 
hired is temporary or permanent. A permanent employee is hired by the company for a long term. 
Such employees are expected to be happy with the business benefits and their participation even 
when the business is booming. Temporary employees are hired.

part of the business, they are more diligent and motivated than temporary employees. On the other 
hand, more control is placed on the company's capabilities when hiring temporary workers.

analysis for the job.
