This course paper is devoted to the description of comparative views of two works and its aim in the field of literature.
The aim of this work is to present a view of the works of “Hamlet” and “Moby Dick” in a comparative way.
The object of research is to analyze some selected methods and approaches by utilizing the works of “Hamlet” and “Moby Dick”. Additionally, stylistic devices are used to indicate the actions of the main characters of those works.
The subject of the work is analysis of “Hamlet” and “Moby Dick” in a comparative way.
The research method. The methods by which the study was carried out include the observation method, comparative method, historical method.
The tasks of the investigation include:
- to review general information about comparative method;
- to review data about the effectiveness of two works;
- to analyze the literary approaches in “Hamlet” and “Moby Dick”;
- to analyze stylistic devices in both works.
The theoretical value of the course work. This course paper has been composed on the basis of scientific and comparative approaches which can be used in the process of clarifying comparative literature and dealing with it in order to give information learners.
