Conclusion 
The aim of this work was to describe and characterize the management of the project team. The hypothesis that 
the knowledge of available resources determines the proper management of the project team has been maintained.

The data provided above shows that managing a project team is an important and useful method for planning 
project works. Using the knowledge about the available resources, appropriate activities can be planned (mainly due to 
flexibility). The considerations presented in this study emphasize the important role of skillful project planning. From a 
practical point of view, this is crucial in the project management. The successful planning of a project results from 
many factors, including the role of a manager, business and technological conditions, as well as customer orientation or 
the impact of the stakeholder influence [6]. Leadership, motivation and encouraging the participants to share their 
knowledge and experience are also important [28]. Another aspect that should also be taken into account is the fact that 
the development of a project plan is a task that requires interdisciplinary knowledge from the manager, including in 
management, psychology, sociology, technology, etc., as well as appropriate predispositions and skills. 
The future of the development of project management sciences will largely depend on the development of 
knowledge and access to it. This can be seen in the education. Offered postgraduate studies courses are good example 
here, including those at the Higher School of Vocational Education in Przemyśl. Therefore, it can be inferred that 
managing a project team is an interesting and attractive field of knowledge. 
The above work does not fully exhaust the discussed topic. It can only be a point of reference for 
considerations related to this issue, and an inspiration for further research.
