16 roots are in hell and whose branches are born. Whoever hangs on one of its branches will lead him to Hell”[1, С. 102]. Regarding mercy, the Qur'an states: “To whom will you (Hey Mohammed) be asked to give alms deed?” Say, “Whatever you give alms deed, give it to your parents, relatives, orphans, the poor, and the strangers. And Allah is knowing of what you spend” [4, - С. 189]. From the above points, we can say that empathy is a basic human trait. It is the ability to feel the other person’s experiences. Research at Oxford University proves this. Researchers at Oxford estimate that 47% of jobs will be taken over by robots in the coming decades. At the same time, typically female professions are not threatened, and women will continue to work in areas where it is important to read human emotions. Robots are still poor at recognizing emotions. But that could soon change. Thus, the world is approaching the point where the fourth industrial revolution will have a fundamental impact on society and everyone. In other words, the technological revolution threatens people with the loss of their soul [5,]. Thus, empathy is significant when interacting with other people, it is an irreplaceable system that allows us to be socially developed and active. It is difficult for a person with impaired empathy to become a full-fledged member of society. For a full-fledged interaction, we need to be able to predict the actions of others, to model their thoughts, their position, and, finally, their decisions. Accordingly, empathy means conscious sympathy for the emotional state of another person. METHODOLOGY. The term empathy is currently considered in various aspects. Here are some of them: Empathy - the ability to identify with another person, to feel what he is feeling [6, - С.312]. Empathy - (from the Greek Empatheia empathy, sympathy) the ability of a person to identify one of his images with the imaginary image of the “other”: with the image of other people, living beings, inanimate objects, and even linear [7, - С.864]. Empathy - (from the Greek Empatheia empathy) a person's ability to parallel experience those emotions that arise in another person in the process of communicating with him [8, - С.592]. Empathy - [Eng. Empathy sympathy, empathy with it. Einfühlung “feeling”] psychology 1) the ability to enter the emotional state of another person, “to feel”; intellectual identification of one's own feelings with feelings, thoughts [9, - С.812]. Empathy - (from the English Empathy) Eng. empathy; German Emphathik. The ability of an individual to emotionally respond to the experiences of other people. Empathy is basically a passively contemplative attitude towards the experiences of another without an active effectiveness [10, - С.620]. Summarizing the above definitions, we can say that empathy is understood as a deep empathy by one person of another, the ability to experience his feelings for another, such a perception and comprehension of his mental state, thanks to which involvement with his inner world is realized. Empathy is central to many interpersonal relationships and social attitudes. An example of the most striking manifestation of empathy is the visit by the UN General Secretary to the small state of Tuvalu with a population of 11,000 people. Thus, Antonio Guterres expressed his deep solidarity and admiration for the courage of the people of Tuvalu, who are feeling the impact of climate change, for which they are least to blame. The UN head noted that the warming of the planet will lead to a rise in the ocean level, and some islands in the Pacific Ocean and, in particular, the Tuvalu islands may be under water. The visit of the UN General Secretary to a state consisting of nine islands with a small population, which is at the forefront of the “fight against climate change” and the consequences of which for Tuvalu are the most dramatic and can be in our opinion, a manifestation of the UN Chief's compassion and sympathy with this people [11].
