The Life and work of Shakespeare.

4.
Dramaturgy
Most playwrights of the time wrote their works in collaboration with other
authors, and critics believe that Shakespeare also wrote some of his plays in
collaboration with other authors; this applies mainly to early and late works. For
some works, such as "Tit Andronik" and early historical plays, it has not been
established that they were written in clear collaboration, while for the Play "Two
Noble cousins" and The Lost play "Cárdenio" this has been documented.

Information from the texts also indicates that some works were processed by other
writers in relation to the original text.
Some of Shakespeare's earliest works are three pieces by Richard III and Henry
VI, written in the early 1590s, when historical drama was in fashion.
The date of Shakespeare's plays
is difficult to ascertain, but textualists
believe that" Tit Andronikus", "the
comedy of errors", "the appliqué of
the wise" and "the two veronians" also
refer
to
the
beginning
of
Shakespeare's work. His first annals,
most likely based on the 1587 edition
of Raphael Holinshed's annals of
England,
Scotland
and
Ireland,
represented the disastrous results of weak and corrupt rulers, and to some extent
served to justify the rise of the Tudor dynasty. Shakespeare's early plays were
influenced by the work of other playwrights of the Elizabethan era, notably Thomas
Kidd and Christopher Marlowe, the tradition of medieval drama, and the Seneca
play. "Comedy of errors "was also built on a classical model, with no source found
to" support Shrew"., although it is associated with another play of a similar name,
which played in London theatres in the 1590s, and may have folkloric roots.
In the mid-1590s, Shakespeare switched from mocking and Persian comedies
to romantic works. The dream of a summer night is a wonderful mixture of romance,
fairy-tale magic and low-society life. Shakespeare's next, also romantic, comedic,
"The Venetian merchant" includes a portrait of the vengeful Jewish lombard Shilok,
featuring the racial prejudices of the English Under Elizabeth. In the humorous
play" a lot of ada about nothing", life in the provinces is beautifully depicted. ” As
you like it “ and ” Twelfth Night " will complement the live Jody-comedy series.
After the lyric "Richard II", written almost entirely in verse, Shakespeare

10
incorporated prose comedy into his Annals of Henry IV, Parts 1 and 2, and Henry
V. His characters are more complex and gentle, he alternates very skillfully between
comic and serious scenes, prose and poetry, so his mature work reaches a narrative
color, a period that began and ended with tragedies: Romeo and Juliet, a famous
story about the love and death of a girl and a guy, and Julius Caesar, based on
Plutarch's work “comparative life”.
In the early 17th century, Shakespeare wrote several "troublesome plays":
"measure for Measure", "Troilus and Cressida", and "ends in goodness", as well as
a number of the most famous tragedies. Many critics believe that the tragedies of
this period represent the peak of Shakespeare's work. The protagonist of one of
Shakespeare's most famous tragedies, Hamlet, is perhaps the playwright's most
sought-after character; This is especially true of the famous soliloquy, which begins
as" to be or not to be, this question", unlike the Introvert Hamlet, the hesitant hero,
the heroes of subsequent tragedies King Lear and Othello suffer from making very
hasty decisions. Often Shakespeare's tragedy is based on the shortcomings or
destructive actions of the heroes who destroyed him and his loved ones. In Othello,
The Evil Iago raises the protagonist's jealousy to the point of killing his innocent
wife. In "King Lear", the old King renounces his right to rule and makes a fatal
mistake, leading to horrific events such as the murder of Lear's youngest daughter
Cordelia. In" Macbeth", Shakespeare's shortest and most compactly tragic,
uncontrolled ambition prompts Macbeth and his wife Lady Macbeth to plot an
assassination attempt on the rightful king and take the throne, and is ultimately killed
as he realizes his guilt. Shakespeare adds an element of eccentricity to the tragic
structure in this work. His last major tragedies, Antony and Cleopatra and Coriolan,
include some of his best poetry by some critics.
