INTRODUCTION
“System of teaching foreign language of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan On improvement measure” extended on May 6, 2021 The report of the meeting November 23, which was held in the following manner, should be accepted for management and execution¹.
According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures to bring the activities of popularization of learning foreign languages to a qualitatively new level in the Republic of Uzbekistan» dated May 19, 2021 No. PQ-5117, as well as foreign languages In order to effectively implement organizational measures to popularize learning, the Cabinet of Ministers decides: 1. Decision PQ-5117 dated May 19, 2021 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures to bring the activity of popularizing the study of foreign languages to a qualitatively new level in the Republic of Uzbekistan» . In accordance with paragraph 1, the positions of the Agency for Popularization of Foreign Language Learning hereinafter referred to as the Agency and the positions of regional representatives of the Agency in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent are established under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; According to paragraph 2, the Agency and its representatives are 34 state units of the republican scientific-practical center for the development of innovative methods of teaching foreign languages under the State University of World Languages of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education it should be taken for information that the system was established at the expense of 39 state units.

The subject matter is modern methods, forms and means of teaching, game technologies, problem-based learning, in particular, non-traditional methods of independent learning play an important role in improving the quality and effectiveness of education. This requires scientific and pedagogical research in higher education institutions to develop the content of independent education of students and improve the methods of its organization and implementation. Defining the content, forms and methods of organizing independent work of students in the educational process, pedagogical conditions, developing methodological recommendations and their implementation in practice.- Theoretical analysis of the content, status and components of the organization of independent work of students.
