2.3. Responsibilities of the park duty officer during work:
- at the direction of the station duty officer (DSP-2), secures the rolling stock with brake shoes, observing the securing standards in accordance with the instructions of the TPA station; - in accordance with the rules of negotiations on consolidation of the composition, DSP-2 reports from the negotiation column; - maintains a quantitative and numbered record of brake shoes along each route of the departure park when securing all trains pulled into the departure park, with filling out the brake shoes record; - at the direction of DSP-2, hands the locomotive crew a warning form (form DU-61); - while on duty, maintains a warning book f. DU-60 (at the direction of the operator at DSP-2, records new warnings or cancels old ones); - as directed by DSP-2, removes brake shoes from under finished trains with a full report from DSP-2 in accordance with the negotiation regulations; - escorts trains departing from the departure park tracks in odd directions; -maintains a book, f.VU-14, for the presentation of trains, ready-made trains for processing by VET workers, as well as a separate book, f.VU-14, for the presentation of cars loaded with discharge cargo. - monitors the timely entry of entries on the completion of the technical inspection of trains by the wagon inspector in the book f. VU-14;. - in case of disruption of the normal operation of the signaling devices, at the direction of the station duty officer, checks the correctness of the prepared route, the freedom from the rolling stock of centralized switches and tracks; - when performing maneuvers to uncouple cars from ready-made trains in the departure depot, DSP-2 is obliged to warn in advance and explain to DSP-3 (by telephone) how the maneuvers will be carried out and from which side of the train (from the south or north). DSPP-3 is obliged to briefly repeat the meaning of the proposed maneuvers. When uncoupling cars from the north side of the train (from the side of the marshalling yard), DSPP-3 removes the brake shoes from under the train only after connecting the shunting diesel locomotive to the train in which the uncoupling is being carried out, with a mandatory report from DSPP-2 via two-way announcement loudspeaking park communication, indicating the number of shoes removed. DSPP-3 must secure the rest of the train remaining on the track with brake shoes, taking into account the number of remaining cars and the profile of the track. Uncoupling of part of the cars from the train is carried out only after securing the main part of the train, with a mandatory report from DSPP-3 via two-way public address station communication DSP-2 indicating the number of shoes to which the rest of the train is attached.
