4.2. Organization of the work of the station technological center for processing train information and transportation documents
4.2.1. General provisions.
- receiving and processing information about the approach of trains, wagons and cargo;
- processing trains upon arrival and departure and processing train documents;
- maintaining records of the presence and location of cars on sorting tracks and loading and unloading points;
- transfer of transportation documents for local wagons that have arrived for unloading to the freight office and acceptance of transportation documents from the freight office to loaded wagons;
- monitoring compliance with the train formation plan, PTE requirements for their formation, established standards for the weight and length of trains;
- control over the timely departure of cars from the station and ensuring the safety of cargo documents;
- drawing up sorting sheets for disbanded trains, transferring them to the hump train compiler, DSC, DSPG;
- ensuring that ASUSS receives reliable and timely information about the composition of each train;
- transmission of information about formed trains to other stations;
- maintaining established forms of accounting and reporting.
4.2.1.2. STC employees are responsible for compliance with the train formation plan, safety of transportation documents, completeness and correctness of the preparation of full-scale sheets and selection of documents in accordance with the availability and location of cars in the formed trains, compliance with established time standards for processing trains and documents, compliance with the secrecy regime of information contained in transportation documents.
4.2.1.3. The management of the work of the STC is carried out by the head of the STC.
4.2.1.4. Reception and transmission of information is carried out on a PC basis with the Winterm software, and an additional direct channel from the computer information center is allocated as a reserve. The STC is also equipped with telephone communication, direct telephone communication with the hill duty officer, shunting dispatcher, station duty officer, commodity cash desk, and paramilitary security point.
4.2.1.5. When performing their duties, STC employees are guided by basic information and reference materials;
- train formation plan;
- diagram and atlas of railways;
- alphabetical list of railway stations;
- tables of unified network markings in relation to the plan for the formation of trains at the station;
- tables for determining the mass, tare and nominal length of rolling stock;
- instructions for drawing up a full-scale sheet;
- technological schedules for train processing;
- instructional and technological maps for STC employees.
