5. Technology for processing transit car traffic Technology for working with railcars entering processing 5.1.1. Processing of trains upon arrival. 5.1.1.1. According to the instructions of the shunting dispatcher, when a train approaches, the station attendants (reception depot and departure depot) prepare a route for the train to take the appropriate track, and the reception depot's dispatch center notifies the STC workers, train receivers, technical maintenance point (PTO), and the wagon depot attendant about train number, receiving route and time of its arrival in order to prepare for the meeting of the arriving train by the workers involved in its processing. When several trains arrive at the same time, the station attendant at the reception depot informs the technical service workers and train receptionists about the order of their processing. The duty officer at the reception park station gives instructions to the traffic police to secure the trains on the arrival route. The procedure for securing trains in the arrival park is carried out by the reception park park duty officer according to the norms and procedures established in clause 3.10 of the station's TPA. 5.1.1.2. Processing of the train in the arrival park consists of the following operations: - technical maintenance of wagons; - external commercial inspection of the side and bottom parts of cars; - checking the availability of transportation documents. 5.1.1.3. After stopping the train, securing it and uncoupling the locomotive, technical inspection workers fence the train and, having notified the reception park's air traffic control department, begin a technical inspection. 5.1.1.4. During the technical inspection of cars in the arrival fleet, cars are identified that require uncoupling repairs (in the car depot or on specially designated tracks), as well as cars with technical faults that can be eliminated in the departure park within the time established by the technological process of the station. Cars subject to uncoupling repairs are marked indicating the location of uncoupling and special precautions during shunting operations. Inspectors mark all the faults that need to be corrected during uncoupling repairs with chalk marks on the cars. Cars subject to uncoupling repairs are marked with locations indicated. 5.1.1.5. Upon completion of maintenance, inspection of the train and removal of the fence, the PTO operator reports to the STC the numbers of cars requiring uncoupling repairs, followed by filling out notifications for these cars in the form VU-23. The senior inspector (PTO operator) notifies the station duty officer about the completion of the inspection of the train. The processing schedule for a train received for processing is shown in Appendix No. 15. Appendix No. 15 SCHEDULE PROCESSING A TRAIN ARRIVING FOR PROCESSING AT THE RECEPTION PARK.
