4.2.2. Processing of documents upon the arrival of a disbanded train.
4.2.2.1. After the train arrives for disbandment, the STC operator enters information into the computer with message 201.
4.2.2.2. N a And collection bags with transportation documents are checked for serviceability of the seal and integrity of the original sheet.
In the absence of TGNL, the STC operator enters information into the computer with message 02 after checking the composition, full-scale sheet and documents.
4.2.2.3. The STC operator draws up sorting sheets based on the marked TGNL . In the sorting sheet, in addition to the data provided for in f. DU-66, to control the dissolution, the number of the head car of the train (from the hump side) and the numbers of the last cars of large cuts are indicated. Sorting sheets are drawn up in 3 copies and handed over to the hump compiler, the operator at the DSP and the hump duty officer (DSPG).
4.2.2.4. Transportation documents for transit cars are transferred to the STC operator upon departure, checks the correctness of the documents, the presence of additional road statements, and arranges the transportation documents in the cabinet cells in accordance with the formation plan. Transfer of transportation documents to arriving local cars from the STC to the freight office and back is carried out according to a receipt in the book of delivery of transportation documents f.GU-48.
4.2.2.5. If, during a control check of arriving trains, discrepancies are detected in the location or marking of cars, as well as in the event of receipt from the senior car inspector or train receiver of car numbers that require uncoupling repairs or delivery to special tracks, the STC operator makes the necessary changes to the TGNL and the sorting sheet, reporting this to the person on duty at the slide.


4.2.3. Processing of shipping documents
4.2.3.1. When rearranging formed trains into the departure fleet, the STC operator from the write-off post (MEC) carries out a control check of the actual presence and location of cars in them and transfers to the senior STC operator the numbers of cars in the order of their location in the train for selections and documents for the train, after the selection of documents , the senior the STC operator transfers them to the STC operator upon departure, who enters them into the computer with message 02 to obtain the finished full-scale sheet.
4.2.3.2. The natural sheet is compiled in three copies, the first copy to be placed in the collection bag with transportation documents, the second to be given to the locomotive driver, the third remains at the station and is used to transmit information.
4.2.3.3. After printing out a full-scale sheet for the train using a typewriter, the documents are put into a collection bag with one full-scale sheet, the collection bag is sealed and a certificate for the driver is stuck on the bag, where the purpose of the train is written, and the Chukursay line stamp is placed on the sticker.
4.2.3.4. The STC operator reports to the hump and station duty officers about the completion of preparation of the train for departure (compliance with the formation plan, requirements of PTE, IDP, weight and length standards, compliance of the full-scale sheet with the actual location of the cars in the train, availability of transportation documents for the cars).
4.2.3.5. At the command of the chipboard, the collection bag with transportation documents for the formed train and full-scale sheets by the STC operator against the technical office is handed over to the train locomotive driver for signature in a special book. The train processing schedule for its formation is shown in Appendix No. 4.2.
