INFORMATION AND DESIGN COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS AS A SOURCE OF PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCH
Abstract: This article discusses the problems of developing the information and project competence of students in the context of paradigm transformation of education based on ensuring the continuity of innovative approaches and didactic conditions. New theoretical concepts of modeling and application of the information and educational environment have been developed. In particular, the issues of improving the didactic means of information and project activities, introducing modern models of the information educational environment into the process of their training, creating a system of scientific and methodological support of the information educational environment, clarifying the didactic parameters of the development of the information and project competence of students and the development of the individual educational trajectory of students on the basis of a reflective approach are covered.

KIRISH
Jahon miqyosida axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalariga asoslangan ta’limni joriy etish jarayonida keng qo‘llanilayotgan hozirgi sharoitda bo‘lajak mutaxassislarning axborot-loyihalash kompetentligini avtomatlashtirilgan loyihalash vositalari asosida takomillashtirishga katta ahamiyat qaratilmoqda. Texnika sohalari uchun mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda avtomatlashtirilgan hisoblash, avtomatlashtirilgan loyihalash (ikki o‘lchamli konstruksiyalash va uch o‘lchamli modellash) dasturlari, CALS/IPI-texnologiyalari, intellektual ta’lim tizimlari (Intellgent Tutorig Systems)ni qo‘llashga ehtiyoj va talablar ortmoqda. Xususan, bo‘lajak mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda ta’limning innovatsion axborot-didaktik shakllarini, avtomatlashtirilgan loyihalash metodlarini asoslash, texnologiya va axborotlashtirish vositalarini bir tizimga birlashtirishning pedagogik va texnologik asoslarini ishlab chiqish hamda amalda joriy etish dolzarb masalalardan hisoblanadi.
Respublikamizda oliy ta’lim tizimini 2030 yilgacha rivojlantirish konsepsiyasini keng miqyosda joriy etishga qaratilgan qator maqsadli dasturlar ishlab chiqilib, ta’lim muassasalarini global Intenet tarmog‘iga ulash, ularning ta’limiy saytlarini takomillashtirish borasida salmoqli ishlar olib borilmoqda. O’zbekiston Respublikasini yanada rivojlantirish bo‘yicha Harakatlar strategiyasida “Uzluksiz ta’lim tizimini yanada takomillashtirish, sifatli ta’lim xizmatlari imkoniyatlarini oshirish, mehnat bozorining zamonaviy ehtiyojlariga muvofiq yuqori malakali kadrlar tayyorlash siyosatini davom ettirish” ustuvor vazifa sifatida belgilangan.
Shu bois texnika oliy ta’lim muassasalarida muhandislar tayyorlash jarayoni va pedagogik muammolarini qiyosiy taqqoslash, tanqidiy tahlil qilish, umumlashtirish va o‘qitish metodlarining maqbul variantlarini tanlash, o‘qitishda axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini kompleks qo‘llash, xususan, loyihalash jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish metodlarini o‘rgatish muhim pedagogik vazifalardan hisoblanadi.
