2023-yil 4-son. ISSN: 2992-9008. UDK: 37 169 Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada PIRLS xalqaro tadqiqoti tarixi, maqsadi, imkoniyatlari va ta'lim tizimidagi ahamiyati haqida so'z yuritiladi. Respublikamiz mustaqillikka erishgach, boshlang‘ich sinflar uchun yangi dastur va darsliklar yaratildi. O‗quv dasturlari matn asosida ishlashga, matn asosidagi turli turdagi topshiriqlar va usullardan foydalanishga qaratilgan. PIRLS (Progress in International Reading Literasy Study) — turli mamlakatlardagi boshlangʻich sinf oʻquvchilarining matnni oʻqish sifati va tushunish darajasini baholovchi xalqaro baholash tizimi. Ushbu turdagi test sinovlari har 5 yilda bir marta o‗tkazilishi mo‗ljallangan bo‗lib, 2021- yilga mo‗ljallangan tadqiqotda o‗zbekistonlik o‗quvchilarning ishtiroki boshlang‗ich sinf o‗qituvchilari zimmasiga katta mas‘uliyat yuklaydi. Bu muhim vazifani amalga oshirish o‗qituvchidan ta‘lim- tarbiyaga yangicha yondashishni, faollikni talab etadi. Shu o‗rinda xalqaro baholash darajasini belgilovchi PIRLSga talabani qanday tayyorlash kerak, degan savol ko‗pchilikni tashvishga solmoqda. PIRLSga tizimli tayyorgarlik ko‗rishda sinfdan tashqari o‗qish, mustahkamlash, takrorlash darslari va to‗garaklar muhim o‗rin tutadi. Bunda talabaning dunyoqarashini kengaytirish, mustaqil fikrlash, obrazli tafakkurini rivojlantirish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Introduction Reading literacy is one of the most important abilities that students acquire as they progress through their early school years. It is the foundation for learning across all subjects, it can be used for recreation and for personal growth, and it equips young children with the ability to participate fully in their communities and the larger society. Based on the decision No. 997 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan ''On measures to organize international studies in the field of education quality assessment in the public education system'' adopted on December 8,2018, the quality of education in our country a lot of work is being done to prepare for international research in the field of evaluation and to achieve effective results. Progress in international reading literacy study (PIRLS) is a large-scale assessment that measure how effective countries are in teaching reading literacy. Since 2001, PIRLS has been administered every 5 years, with the United States participating in all past assessments.
