long legs. With a beak 15 cm long, they feel the ground, stick it to the soft soil. At 
the same time, the tip of the bird's beak opens and closes in time. Thus, it is easy for 
him to catch small worms and other baits. 
A beak is a combined instrument. Before catching food, the beak is 
compressed and serves as a picking and searching tool. Only in the depths of the 
earth, it opens like the two wings of tweezers, and in this case it acts as a precisely 
functioning gripping mechanism. 
Use of the tool: Tweezers with sharp tips penetrate easily under the top layer 
of objects. By squeezing both halves of the tweezers with your fingers, you can grab 
even the smallest objects. If you release them, the tweezers will open and release 
the object. 
Technical suckers - The octopus invented a complex method of hunting its 
prey: it hugs it with tentacles and sucks hundreds of suckers, which are located in 
whole rows on the tentacles. They also help you move on slippery surfaces without 
sliding down. 
Tool use: Suction cups are often used where there are smooth surfaces. In 
everyday life, they are primarily used in the kitchen and bathroom. When the tiles 
are pressed against the suction hook, a vacuum area is created. 
Battery- the electric eel can emit electrical discharges of up to 700 volts, 
with which it can stun or kill enemies and prey. The electrical organ that generates 
voltage consists of special muscles. As in a battery, voltage is generated by the flow 
of ions and discharged in rapid succession of pulses.
