Actuality of the problem: The educational process reflecting an actual cycle 
of formation of professional work, defines set of definition of the vital purposes 
and individual self-management. Scale reforms of all spheres of life the countries 
creating conditions for high-grade development of a society and the person, taking 
into account all-round modernisation of educational process. The innovative 
environment created thus, it is creation and realisation of deeper, system 
knowledge of a subject. 
The aim of the work. Learning the ways of perfection of innovative potential 
and express some suggestions on competent organization of the purposes and 
priorities. 
Methods and materials of research. New innovative technologies demand 
from the present teacher of professional competence not only in the field of base

formation, but also in sphere of information-communication technologies, the 
rights, pedagogics, psychology and so on. The basic requirements which are 
necessary for the highly qualified specialists include the wide use of innovative 
methods, such as: 
- Constant perfection of the pedagogical possibilities taking into account 
improvement of innovative potential; 
- Development of enthusiasm and the creative approach on a way of 
introduction of new methods and ideas; 
- Propagation of universal factors including spiritual,
intellectual and cultural 
values of a modern democratic society; 
- The constant analysis of own activity, aspiration to self-determination, 
overcoming of obstacles in a way to self-realisation. 
The operating standard base in the field of learning of foreign languages 
includes complex system of cardinal perfection of activity in the given direction. 
The moment of yielding of a teaching material is important.
