The current political, social and economic acceleration requires not only the
development of new educational standards in introducing new curricula but also
the modification of the teaching methodology. The introduction and effective use
of new pedagogical technologies and interactive teaching techniques in the
educational process will help to increase the effectiveness of trained youth.
With the help of pedagogical technology in the twenty-first century there
will be a major upsurge in the field of education, the activity of the teacher will be
renewed, the students in our country will have a systematic formation of sincerity,
eagerness for knowledge, love for the Motherland and humanity. It is a
humanitarian concept that fosters the formation of personality attributes such as
tolerance, respect for the ideas of others, national cultural and universal
humanities, who have abandoned the authoritarian and pseudo-thinking method of
understanding nature and humanity. How does the solution to this issue relate to
the technology of education? The concept of technology came into science in 1972
due to technical development, and the Greek word for technos - technoscience,
cunning and logos - is a science, which consists of science and teaching. However,
this expression does not fully describe the modern technological process. The
technological process always involves the use of the necessary means and
conditions to fulfill certain activities in a particular sequence. To be more precise,
the technological process is the work of an employee in the production of products
by means of these laboratories and the impact on the objects of the labor force.
That is, a new pedagogical technology is a process by which the teacher can
influence on students in a particular environment by means of the educational
methods, and the process of intensifying the person's qualities defined by them.
The National Program for Personnel Training "envisages accelerating
student learning using new pedagogical and information technologies". It is known
that this technique is more effective than the traditional methodology for
pedagogues who mastered pedagogical technologies. This implies the need to
adopt and apply pedagogical technology in improving the quality of staff training
for teachers, professors.

One of these technologies is the non-traditional, interactive training
methods. From Lotine to inter-intercourse "action" is communication. The aim of
using interactive methods is to organize and accelerate the teaching process in a
variety of ways, from the least effective to more effective. The student's thinking
activity is activated, knowledge gains and strengthens, communication activity and
personality develops, productivity of the learning process increases. As you know,
it is not enough to just listen and write in order to get the material well, but you
need to use it effectively, think, discuss and assist with the material. Nowadays,
one of the main tasks of the teacher is the formation of independent thinking, self-
realization, independent learning, independent study and development. This is a
kind of interactive tutoring if there is a high level of interaction between students
and teachers at the proper time. This interaction usually occurs in the form of
discussing one or more issues and discussing how best to implement the proposed.
The interest in using interactive methods, innovative technologies,
pedagogical and information technologies in the learning process is increasing day
by day. In traditional educational system instructors used to teach their students to
acquire ready-made information, whereas the usage of modern technologies help
students to learn how to search, to study, to analyze, and even to make conclusions.
In this process, the teacher creates conditions for personal development,
formation, education and upbringing, and at the same time fulfills the function of
governing. In the process of learning the student becomes a basic figure.
Great Confucius said:
―I listen, but forget
I see and memorize
I do and figure it out‖
The purpose of interactive methods:
At the same time, it is aimed at activating both the teacher and the student.
Getting high results in a short time.
Assessment method used by teachers in evaluating students gives good
results. It is a method that encourages students to work on themselves to 100%
without spending on it much time.
Technique of "Assessment" ("evaluation").
Self-assessment and evaluation method. This method dates back to 30-40
years of the last century. The English and German soldiers develop this method to
select competent and entrepreneurial officers who are capable of managing
military situations and qualified military personnel capable of adequate action.
Later this method is applied to the business world. Manufacturing and trading
companies started to use this method. In the 50s,psychologist have used this
method to provide enterprises and organizations with qualified specialists. It takes
the name "The Assessment Center".
Today, this method has been introduced in the education system and helps to
assess the level of students' knowledge, skills and abilities.
The teacher gives students assignment in the form of chart, after completion
the task results are announced by the teacher and students are self assess their

59
results on the basis of previously published criteria. At the same time, the students
make conclusions by studying and evaluating the subject matter content.
The purpose of this assessment technique is to assess the level of knowledge,
appraisal and evaluation of learners' knowledge and skills. Through this technique,
learners' activities can be assessed and evaluated in a variety of areas (tests,
practical skills, problem-solving skills, comparative analysis, identification of
symptoms).
To apply this method it is recommended to learn students’ current
knowledge level, to describe new data, to assess perception level of topic or
information and students self-assessment. It will also be possible to add additional
tasks to the assessment, depending on the teacher's creative approach and
educational objectives. In short, the assisment method in less than 90 minutes will
not only require the students to learn the lesson but also remember the content of
the course over a long period of time.
