THE ROLE OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING Makhametova M.M. Tashkent pediatric medical institute English language teacher Learning technology is associated with a scientific approach to how to teach: on the basis of what principles, by what methods and instructional techniques, which funds training, what should be the organization of training, what factors should be taken into account as they consider when learning a foreign language to get the best pedagogical effect in certain specific circumstances. Introduction of the term technology driven by the need to show a qualitative leap in the methodology of teaching foreign languages, which is an independent science that has its object of study. To successfully train, you need to know this science. Practice has shown that language proficiency, foreign language knowledge (its phonetics, vocabulary and grammar), although they are necessary for the teacher, cannot provide the required level of teaching of the subject, especially in the context of compulsory study it all pupils secondary school. We need knowledge- science learning technology training equipment, e.g. knowledge of 117 how to teach. Linguistics does not do so, it assists in the method of determining the content of training and cannot help in how to teach .Method - is not applied psychology, since not enough to know only how to proceed processes such as remembering, thinking skills and how to form skills. It should be subject to the possession of learning, e.g. a foreign language. As is known, the organization and implementation of the educational process takes place: - By means of methods and techniques of teaching; - Through a variety of training tools; - with the help of various forms of organization of work of students; - Taking into account the age of the students, their level of training in a foreign language and general development stage of training, degree training, educational material, and time devoted to the study of this subject. All of the above is included as a component in training and technology directly related to the problem of how to teach. Let us dwell briefly on each of these components. 1. In the pedagogical process of the interaction of the teacher and the student, one learns, learns another .This interaction is carried out by methods and techniques. As methods, e.g. the ways in which the interaction in the teacher- student tern at the present stage are allocated communicative and interactive methods. Not less important is the choice of teaching methods in the implementation of these training methods. For example, organizing familiarization with the new material, the teachci should strive to mobilize the students' thinking, without spending a lot of time, during training work must take into account the individual characteristics of students who strive to ensure that the proposed assignment be perceived not as a student exercise, but as a speech act. It can be a conversation about family members, the heroes of the books they read, viewed movies.lt is very important that students not only recounted what they saw or read content, but also expressed their attitude to the facts, events, give them praise. An extremely important factor in the implementation of teaching methods is the organization of independent work of the student. 2. In currently available to foreign language teacher has a whole arsenal of learning tools that he can use in the educational process. These include TCO and visibility. Technical training facilities -. It is a tape recorder, overhead projector, educational films, slides, video, computer and other.Technical means of training - a tape recorder, overhead projector, educational films, slides, video, computer and other. Visibility - a textbook, a book to read (the newspaper in a foreign language), grammar reference books, dictionaries, handout (a card), tables (grammar, vocabulary, spelling, graphics), pictures (subject, situational, thematic), albums, maps, plans (locations, buildings, rooms, etc.) blackboard and others. Teaching foreign languages at the present level is impossible without the extensive use of various means of learning. Sufficient variety of visual learning tools, skillful and judicious use of them enables the teacher to engage students in active work. They 118 allow you to affect the emotional sphere of life of students, to strengthen their mental processes (analysis, synthesis, comparison, reasoning) and stimulate their speech activity. 3. Increase the time of active work of each student may subject the use of these forms of work organization: frontal, group, steam room, individually. For training to audition, methods of work on reading to himself, drawing annotations or perform any other type of written work use a dictionary or grammar reference book (where all students perform the same work), we recommend a front work.A teacher talking to her whenever he needs to show students the rational methods of work. The group form of work (per group of 3-5 students) allows, on the one hand, providing training under the supervision of an expert group for the implementation of the exercise, on the other -creating conditions for dialogue: each group reported their classmates something new. The success of this operation are determined by how well the teacher knows his students, the possibility of each of them in order to properly divide them into groups and allocate to each of the experts, you can rely on. Thus, the learning technology should help in how to take into account the abovementioned factors, to the assimilation of educational material, the development of skills in the target language carried out effectively.
