As if/as though ni ko’pincha look, sound, feel, seem, smell, kabi fe’llardan keyin ishlatamiz. As if da ham har doim zamonlar moslashuviga amal qilinadi

As if da bosh gap hozirgi zamonda bo’lsa ham ergash gap o’tgan zamonda ( were, knew, did) bo’lishi mumkin. Bunda ergash gapda noreal yani amalga oshmaydigan ish harakat haqida gap boradi.
