Me: -How should teachers treat to students who get bored easily? Is there any effective teaching way those kind of learners?
Mr Sardor: - Well, actually this is a pretty tough question as it requires investigation.
Student who get bored easily are actually lazy and laid back students. Because of that fact they are always bored with something. You should learn them personally . Here psychology plays a role.
Me: -Really? Should a teacher get some course on psychology?
Mr Sardor: - Not actually, they became psychologists by the time passed , for the first try , they should talk to that kind of students personally after classes and should identify what is boring for them.
Me: -I got it now, thank you sir
Mr Sardor: -You are welcome, wish your good luck.

Case study

There are 20 students in a class and only 3 students do not like learning English grammar , because they feel bored during lessons of grammar . Teacher tried to do his best to grab their attention and make more focused on the lessons but finally it ended up with an argument between teacher and students. Moreover, teacher has found a feeling of personal dislike about those students and does not want to teach them any more. What are the measures can be taken to tackle these issues ?

Possible solutions
First of all , there is a problem with the teacher who has been teaching students, because no teacher must have feeling of dislike on students as it prevents them from teaching successfully. The first problem to be solved is having some psychological and practical conversations with the teacher . A skillful teacher may give their own opinions about the case and its solutions and a special psychologist should teach him how to treat children in a right way.
Secondly, another problem is with students themselves , because they can not learn a language without its core assets including grammar. Possible solution here is using more interactive tasks and handouts to garb their attention first, then input some easy grammar in them. The teacher also should identify which part of the grammar is hard for them and how he can help to overcome their specific obstacles in some parts of the lessons.
Additionally, student teacher relationships should be built among them in order to lower the rate of personal treats which are considered as wrong.
