In terms of motivation and learner success with languages, grammar has been seen to be a problem and to stand in the way of helping A2 level learners to communicate fluently. - The result of the test was as expected. Step three- this step researcher made a questionnaire for the teachers in order to identify which strategies they use in teaching process. Total number of the questions is 5 and results of the questionnaire will be analyzed. - Teacher: Positive reinforcement is super important to keep student motivated, so one thing I like to do is throw out rewards or bonuses when they perform especially well. This could be candy or a star, or sticker or even just a compliment – whatever I can tell the students enjoy receiving and it is different for everyone.
