The degree of study of the problem . Being engaged in the development of 
optimal compositions of artificial porous aggregates and the production of lightweight 
concretes based on them, as well as related problems, using mineral and chemical 
additives in the binder part of concrete, leading world researchers, including: Yu.M. 
Bazhenov, S.M. Itskovich, I.A. Ivanov, A. Bank, A. Koban, V.I. Vereshchagin, V.A. 
Beregovoy, Yu.A. Shchepochkina, I.D. Kashcheev, Yu.V. Selivanov, A.G. Marva, 
F.M. Mohamed, W. Fahim, S. Hashim, N.I. Makridin, I.N. Maksimova and others 
made a great contribution to the development of science in solving these problems. 
Among the scientists of our country A.B. Ashrabov, E.Yu. Kasimov, A.M. 
Eminov N.A. Abbaskhanov, B.A. Askarov, A.I. Adilkhodzhaev, Kh.A. Akramov, 
L.M. Botvin, N.A. Samigov, H.N. Nuritdinov, Tolaganov A.A., S.A. Khodzhaev, U.A. 
Gaziev, Kh.Kh. Kamilov, M.T. Turapov, T.T. Shakirov and others in different years 
achieved important results based on their research on the creation of technologies for 
the production of thermal insulation using local raw materials and secondary resources, 
through the use of various additives and methods, while selecting the composition of 
artificial porous aggregates such as expanded clay and agloporite for lightweight

concrete, properties and technological factors, to study their influence on the quality of 
concrete and products. 
An analysis of previous studies has shown that significant positive results have 
been obtained in the field of improving energy efficiency and creating resource-saving 
technologies for the production of lightweight concrete. However, in our Republic, the 
production of heat-insulating and structural-heat-insulating lightweight concretes with 
a low firing temperature, as well as the development of the composition of artificial 
porous aggregates with low bulk density and high strength, as well as scientific 
research aimed at obtaining lightweight concretes based on them, have not been 
sufficiently carried out and require more extensive research.
