Scientific and practical significance of the research results. The scientific 
significance of the research results is based on the mechanism of the formation of a 
multi-porous structure in the grains of an artificial porous filler, the regulation of the 
physical and mechanical properties of the filler has been achieved, which is explained 
by the scientific substantiation of the mechanism of formation of the structure of the 
cement stone under the influence of mineral and chemical additives. The practical 
significance of the research results lies in the fact that new porous aggregates have been 
developed, obtained using coal industry waste and bentonite clays, and lightweight 
concrete compositions prepared using them, which created the opportunity to save 30% 
of the amount of Portland cement through the use of mineral and organic additives in 
lightweight concrete, and is also expressed by the achievement of the production of 
wall blocks. 
Implementation of research results: based on scientific results obtained on 
porous aggregate obtained using coal industry waste and lightweight concrete 
developed on its basis: - the composition of the mixture of artificial porous aggregates 
was introduced at AZKAMAR LLC (ref. No. 11-06 / 11640 of the Ministry of 
Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 12.10.2022). As a result, artificial 
porous aggregates were obtained with a bulk density of 280-300 kg/m3 and 700 kg/m3, 
strength of 2.54 MPa and 11.44 MPa; - the composition of the mixture of artificial 
porous aggregates was introduced at NAVOIY-KERAMZIT LLC (ref. No. 11-06 / 
11640 of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 12,

2022). As a result, artificial porous aggregates were obtained with a bulk density of 
280-300 kg/m3 and 700 kg/m3, strength of 2.54 MPa and 11.44 MPa; - the composition 
of heat-insulating blocks based on artificial porous filler with a bulk density of 280-
300 kg / m3 was introduced at STROY KARAT DPK LLC (ref. No. 11-06 / 11640 of 
the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 12, 2022). 
As a result, the production of heat-insulating blocks with dimensions of 390x188x190 
mm and a weight of 7.3 kg has been launched.
