The aim of the study is to develop the composition of porous aggregates and
lightweight concretes based on them using carbonized clay of the Angren coal mine,
bentonite clay and industrial waste
Research objectives:
-selection and justification of raw materials;
-development of the composition of the mixture of porous aggregate granules
using carbonized clay, bentonite clay and industrial waste;
-optimization of temperature and duration of heat treatment of new porous filler
granules;
- development of technology for the production of a new porous filler;
- study of the influence of mineral and chemical additives on the properties of
Portland cement paste and hardened stone;
- development of the composition of lightweight concrete using a new porous
aggregate, Portland cement, mineral and chemical additives;
- study of the effect of changing the number of components used on the formation
of a structure in lightweight concrete and its physical and mechanical properties;
- production of a pilot batch of the developed new porous aggregate and
lightweight concrete based on it and determination of economic efficiency.
The object of study was a porous aggregate obtained using coal-formed clay of
the Angren coal mine, bentonite clay and industrial waste, and light concretes based on
them.
The subject of research is the physical-mechanical, physical-chemical and
technical-economic indicators of porous aggregate obtained using carbonized clay,
bentonite clay and industrial waste and lightweight concrete based on it.
Research methods: In the course of the research, modern methods of physical
and chemical analysis, X-ray phase and differential thermal analysis of structure
formation, standard methods for studying the quality indicators and properties of
porous aggregate and lightweight concrete based on it, were used, as well as
mathematical methods for optimizing the composition of porous aggregate and
production processes and methods statistical analysis of experimental results.
