Implementation of the research results. Based on the worked-out methodological and practical proposals on increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths:
The proposals aimed at bringing up the youths in the spirit of patriotism, humanity, tolerance, respect towards laws, national and human values, who can oppose harmful influences and groups, and who have serious beliefs and views in life, as well as supporting the young families spiritually and materially, building houses and creating proper social and living conditions for them were used when writing the articles 5, 10 and 17 of the bill of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About the state policy on youths” (certificate No.07/458 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 24 September 2016);
The proposals aimed at improving the spiritual, educational and social environments and forming the feeling of respect towards every citizen of the country regardless of their nationality and religion were used when writing the paragraphs 11, 12, 14, 37 and 58 of the program of measures approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures aimed at the realization of the state policy on youths in the Republic of Uzbekistan” of 6 February 2014 (certificate No.07/458 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 24 September 2016). The implementation of these measures provided the application of a systematic approach to the process of increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths;
The proposals aimed at a wide agitation of the idea of the country’s development in the process of increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths, as well as formation of such moral principles as patriotism, devotion to and love for Motherland were used when writing the paragraphs 12 and 46 of the program approved by the decision of the meeting No. 01-07-1-49 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 12 March

2012. 
      (certificate No.458 of the Scientific and Practical Centre of National Idea and Ideology of 23 September 2016). These proposals allowed to improve the moral and educations activities carried out among youths at different places by the organisation ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement”;
      

The proposals worked out on the education of patriotic youths with high morals and bringing them up with serious beliefs in such ideas as justice and truth, freedom and independence were used when writing the paragraphs 11, 17 and 18 of the program of measures of the state policy on the youths of the Republic of Uzbekistan intended for 2016 approved by the decision of the meeting No. 07- 07/1-185 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 5 March

2012. 
      (certificate No. 01/01-587 of the Republican Spiritual Propaganda Centre of 24 September 2016). The implementation of these proposals allowed to improve the mechanisms of increasing the efficiency of propaganda of national idea by the organisation ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement”;
      

The proposals aimed at protecting youths from the influence of alien ideologies and educating them in the spirit of healthy belief and devotion to national values, religious tolerance and international solidarity were used when writing the paragraphs 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90 of the program “On additional measures aimed at the realization of the state policy on youths in the Republic of Uzbekistan” approved by the decision of the meeting No. 07-07/1- 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 3 April 2015 (certificate No. 07/458 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 24 September 2016);
The proposals determining the main directions of the national idea, i.e. teaching youths to understand the events occurring in reality, to assess and approach them impartially and adopt fair decisions were used when writing the paragraphs 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92 and 93 of the program “On additional measures aimed at the realization of the state policy on youths in the Republic of Uzbekistan” approved by the decision of the meeting No. 65 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 10 December 2015 (certificate No. 07/458 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 24 September 2016). The introduction of these paragraphs into the life of youths produced positive results in increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among the youths living on all the territories of our country.
