Relevance of the research to the priority areas of science and technology development of the republic. This work was performed in accordance with the priority areas of science and technology development of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. “Moral and cultural development of a democratic and legal society, forming an innovative economy”.
Review of international scientific researches on the topic of the dissertation1. Scientific researches on increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths are being carried out in the leading scientific centres and higher education establishments of the world, including: the Institute of International Policy Studies, Japan Institute of International Affairs (Japan), Asian International Art Festival Association, Seoul National University (South Korea), Shanghai Institutes of International Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (China), European Union Institute for Security Studies, French Institute of International Relations (France), German Institute for International and Security Affairs, German Council on Foreign Relations (Germany), Centre of Scientific Investigation of Central Asia, Institute for the Study of Religion (USA), Centre of Social Technologies, Youth Centre “Potential” (Russia). As a result of the researches conducted on increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths, a number of scientific results were obtained such as: scientific-research, educational, methodological, informational and printing provision of the issues on youth policy were made (Institute of International Policy Studies); the pedagogical bases of developing the professional knowledge and skills of youths on the basis of national traditions and values were provided (Asian International Art Festival Association); innovative programs were worked out aimed developing the feelings of patriotism and “the idea of the strongest state” in pupils (Shanghai Institutes of International Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences); the system of covering the mass of youths in the country was created by bringing up the young leaders’ league using official and unofficial educational methods (European Union Institute for Security Studies, French Institute of International Relations); there were designed such action plans and systematic scientific projects as “attention to youths”, “issues of youths” and “services of youths” aimed at bringing up the younger generation in line with the requirements of the time (German Institute for International and Security Affairs, German Council on Foreign Relations); there was worked out a nationwide 1 conception aimed at supporting the activities of youth organisations, which allow youths to improve their life and add own contributions to the development of the motherland (Centre of Scientific Investigation of Central Asia, Institute for the Study of Religion); there were created social and pedagogical technologies of bringing up youths in the spirit of patriotism by attracting the pedagogues, representatives of public unions and state organisations, workers of education establishments and extra education centres, parents and active young volunteers to such projects as preparing specialists for working with youths and propagating the patriotism (Centre of Social Technologies, Youth Centre “Potential”). Researches are being carried out in the world on a number of priority directions aimed at increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths, including: working out integrated educational technologies of protecting youths from information attacks; creating a monitoring system for diagnosing the development of spiritual and moral principles of youths; working out national educational technologies of protecting youths from ideological influences on the basis of the cooperative pedagogy; determining the modernised priority directions of the state policy on youths in the conditions of globalisation.
