The degree of study of the problem. Such scientists of the world as V. Bespalko, A. Varlamova, L. Vygotsky, S. Zelinski, A. Zinovyev, L. Fedotova and R. Harris carried out a number of researches on developing a new outlook and social mind in the members of the society, particularly, in youth1.
In the early years of independence, the role of the ideology in the development of the society, its importance, ideological bases and principles in the formation of harmoniously developed people, spiritual bases of human perfection, personal spirituality and issues of national education were reflected in the researches of M.Kuronov, theoretical, historical and evolutionary bases of our national spirituality and ideology - in the researches of M. Bekmurodov, the essence of the national idea as the main source of forming the feelings of social and national consciousness, activeness and national pride - in the researches of I. Ergashev, interrelationship between the concepts of spirituality and ideology, the issues of developing the independence and personal spirituality - in the researches of A.Ochildiev1 2.
Different aspects of the problems of developing personal spirituality, particularly, youths’ spiritual and moral, social and professional, economical, ecological and aesthetic worldviews, and the issues of implementing them into life were investigated in the works of M. Kuronov, U. Inoyatov, U. Begimkulov, A. Abdukodirov, R. Juraev, K. Kuronboev, Sh. Sharipov, O. Musurmonova, S. Nishonova, S. Ochilov, O Hasanboeva and S.Yuldosheva. For instance, researches were carried out by M. Kuronov on the spiritual bases of the national education, by O. Musurmonova on developing pupils’ spiritual culture, by S. Nishonova on the education of harmoniously developed person in the development of pedagogical opinion, and by S. Ochilov on the independence spirituality and educational processes. Moreover, the problems of intensifying students’ spiritual and social activeness on the example of youth organisations were investigated by K. Kuronboev, forming ideological immunity in youth by Z. Kosimova, spiritual education of youths in the activity of governmental and non-governmental organisations by S. Yuldosheva, pedagogical bases of forming pupils’ national self-consciousness in the process of educative activities by Z. Kurbonniyozova, and forming national consciousness in secondary school pupils by F. Norboeva1.
As for the main task before us, it is the issue of identifying the pedagogical conditions of increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths as a whole. In this sphere, it is of great importance to create the theoretical, methodological, organisational and practical bases of increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths.
It should be pointed out that inculcating knowledge and skills on the basics of national idea in youths’ mind is a very difficult, multisided social and pedagogical process, and it forms the main core of education. The problems of conducting a theoretical analysis of this process, purpose-oriented determination of its aims, tasks, contents, forms and methods, and further orientation of the activities of the organisation ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement” towards the propaganda of national idea are even more topical today.
Connection of the theme of dissertation with the scientific-research works of the higher educational institution, where the dissertation was conducted. The
dissertation research was carried out within the framework of the plan of scientific research works of Tashkent State Pedagogical University on the themes ITD-4-102 “Bringing up the younger generation on the bases of historical, national and human values, developing the education system, improving the training of highly qualified as well as management personnel in the continuous education system” (2009­2011), ITD-4-161 “Working out and introducing into practice the improved content of personnel training in the educational direction of the basics of national idea, spirituality and law” (2012-2014) and ITD-4-108 “Providing the harmony of material and spiritual life in youths: problems and tasks” (2009-2011).
