science and technologies in the country. The dissertation research was carried

innovative ideas in the social, legal, economic, cultural, spiritual and educational

science and technology of the Republic. 
The extent of study of the problem. In science, several scientific studies 
have been conducted on the issues of contractual and legal regulation of 
investment activity, but most of them paid more attention to investment policy and 
economic aspects of investment activity. Some issues of investment law, 
contractual and legal regulation of investment activity were considered in the

In the CIS countries, the issues of the system of civil law contracts 
regulating investment activities, their features and elements are studied in detail by

The specific problems of contractual regulation of investment activities were 
studied by L. Cotula, S. Christoph, R. Dolzer, T. Allee, C. Tony, C. Peinhardt,
М. Sornarajah, А. Blane, Barnali Choudhury, Kathleen Claussen and others. In 
particular, the scientific works of Ch. Richard, R. Dolzer, T. Allee, C. Peinhardt, 
Lorenzo Cotula investigate the methods and principles of legal regulation of 
investment activities, as well as issues of concluding and implementing investment 
agreements. 
However, the problems of civil law regulation of investment activity have 
not been studied as a generalized object of scientific research.
