The practical results of the research are as follows: 
widely disclosed contractual and legal regulation of investment activities, 
features and structural elements of investment agreements; 
The problem of ensuring openness and transparency in the process of 
concluding and implementing investment agreements, the implementation of 
transnational mobility of information in the field of investment activities and the 
protection of human rights in investment agreements are analyzed; 
The need to supplement the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan with 
legal norms governing the legal nature, features of the investment agreement and 
establish a system of such agreements; 
It analyzed the need for open competition and public control when concluding 
investment agreements with the state; 
the need to pay special attention to the implementation of investment 
agreements, in particular, state monitoring of the targeted use of benefits and 
preferences provided for by investment agreements with the Government; 
The use of smart contracts based on the implementation of blockchain 
technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the implementation of investment 
activities through these contracts and modern mechanisms for protecting the rights 
of investors in token markets, in particular, ensuring cybersecurity in virtual 
investment relations; 
The author's definitions of key concepts as “Priority objects of investment 
activity”, “Agreement of an investment organization”, “Smart contract” are 
formulated and the importance of fixing them in legislation is substantiated; 
based on the analysis of important aspects of the conclusion and 
implementation of investment agreements through the country's judicial practice, 
proposals have been developed to solve problems in this area; 
an innovative project to create an online platform and a mobile application 
“Investment Policy of Uzbekistan”, which will provide investors with official 
analytical and legal information about the investment climate in the country, the 
relevant regulatory framework and innovations in legislation;
