patient's stay in hospital for 2 days;
methodological
recommendations were developed “Modern methods of
diagnosing and treating bronchiectasis in children”
(Conclusion of the Ministry of
Health No. 8n-p / 211 of July 30, 2018). These guidelines have contributed to the
achievement of long-term remission by almost 2 months and more than in the
group of children who
received traditional therapy;
developed improved methods for treating patients with chronic bronchitis and
bronchiectasis using mem-stabilizers, vegetotropic and immunocorrective drugs, as
well as psychological correction methods implemented in practical health care,
including in the practical activities of the Department
of Pulmonology of the
National Center for Pediatrics and Pediatrics of the Ministry of Healthcare and
Social Development; in the City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 3
of Tashkent,
the Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Centers of Jizzakh, Samarkand,
Tashkent, Syrdarya and Kashkadarya regions (conclusion of the Ministry of Health
of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 8n-z/55
of 04.29.2019
).
The introduction of
research results allowed to reduce the frequency of exacerbations of the disease by
2 times and improve the quality of life of children,
which leads to economic
efficiency.
