Aims

Educational:

– to learn two more letters: Ii and Jj;

– to practise Class 1 vocabulary (the structure “I can” + verbs);

– to learn the days of the week

Developing:

– to enable pupils to say the days of the week in order;

– to enable pupils to use the structure “I can” + verbs

Socio-cultural:

– to raise awareness of different pronunciation of the letter “I” and single pronunciation of “J”.
