at least one full day, and
note both the responses in
others, and what happens to your own resistance levels as a result i.e.
how hard is it to feel
like you're arguing?
2.
Come up with creative ways to break people's patterns.
With friends and family, you can be
outrageous, with others you might want to create confusion.
If someone is really depressed, I
tend to ask them things as outrageous as "Is that a bugger in your nose?"
