A rapid computer science development and its scientific principles formation began in the 40-s of the 20th century. Kompyuter ilmining rivojlanishi 20-asrning 40-yillarida boshlandi. The electronics and then the microelectronics became the technical basis of computer science.Elektronikalar va mikroelektronikalar kompyuter ilmining texnik bazasi bo’ldi.

In 1623, 6-digit device for arithmetic operations was designed by German scientist Vilgelm Shirked. 1623-yilda Germaniyalik olim Vilgelm Shirked tomonidan arifmetik operatsiyalar kashf qilindi.

The first real existing mechanical calculus device was “Pascaline”, designed by prominent scientist Bless Pascal.1-haqiqiy mexanik hisoblash dasturi “Paskalin”bo’lgan,u olim Bless Paskal tomonidan kashf qilindi. It was 6 or 8 digital device for adding subtracting numbers.U 6lik va 8lik sanoq sistemasi edi. Leybnitz,Jorj,Bul,Shannon,Shestakov,Gavrilovlar kompyuter ilmiga katta hissa qo’shadilar.There were two logical machine constructors in Russia- Pavel Khrushchev and Alexander Shchukarev, who worked in Ukrainian high educational establishments. Rossiyada 2ta mantiqiy mashina yaratuvchi-Pavel Xrushchev va Aleksandr Shukarev bo’lgan,ular Ukraina oily ta’lim muassasasida ishlashgan.First the logical machine was constructed by Khrushchev in Odessa. 1-mantiqiy mashina Odessada Xrushchev tomonidan yaratilgan.This device was, inherited by Shchukarev, professor of Kharkov Technology Institute. Bu qurilma Xarkov Texnologiya Universitetining professori Shukarev tomonidan meros qilib olingan.
