The relevance and necessity of the topic of the dissertation. At a time when there is a sharp turn in the trend of globalization in the world and threats to its local civilizations and national mental characteristics of peoples are increasing, the need to develop and widely implement the idea of universal justice embodying the principles of constructive cooperation between countries, interethnic solidarity, and interreligious tolerance is becoming increasingly stronger. This, in turn, shows the need to study the universal and local civilizational features of the category of justice in a mutually harmonious order and the formation on this basis of the category of justice in a tolerant spirit, reflecting the interests of all peoples. If the phenomenon of justice in the interpretation of Alisher Navoi, synthesizing the principles of religiosity and secularism, universality and nationality on the basis of tolerance, in the structure of categories suggests that the phenomenon of justice performs the function of a certain ideological decision, then there is an obvious need to study it on the basis of a philosophical and historical approach.
The purpose of the study is to conduct a philosophical and historical analysis of the socio-philosophical principles in the teachings of Alisher Navoi by generalizing the methodological approach.
Tasks of the research:
to identify the category of a just ruler embodying the traits of patriotism, honesty, peacefulness and well-being, loyalty to the laws through a comparative analysis of the images of Farhad and Iskandar;
to substantiate the content of the concept of justice in the views of Alisher Navoi and its traditional classification, the methodology of endotransformation (internal change and renewal) and exotransformation (external change and renewal) changes;
to substantiate scientifically and conceptually the category of justice in the epics of Alisher Navoi “Saddi Iskandariya”, “Farkhod and Shirin”, which are a socio-political phenomenon and a mechanism that creates the stability of society and the interests of the people;
to reveal the manifestation of the social construction associated with the concept of justice in the work “Hamsa” in the artistic images of Farhad, Fringe, Iskandar on the basis of hermeneutic analysis.
