The object of the research is the philosophical doctrine of Alisher Navoi and the socio-philosophical principles of the concept of justice.
The subject of the study is the analysis of the socio-philosophical principles of the concept of justice in the teachings of Alisher Navoi based on the philosophical and historical approach.
The scientific novelty of the research:
Through a comparative analysis of the images of Farhad and Iskandar, the category of a just ruler is revealed, embodying the features of patriotism, honesty, peacefulness and prosperity, fidelity to laws;
Substantiates the content of the concept of justice in the views of Alisher Navoi and its traditional classification, endotransformational (internal change and renewal) and exotransformational (external change and renewal) methodology of changes;
The category of justice in the epics of Alisher Navoi “Saddi Iskandariy”, “Farkhod and Shirin” is based on the scientific concept that this is a socio-political phenomenon and a mechanism that creates the stability of society and the interests of the people;
In the work “Khamsa”, on the basis of hermeneutic analysis, the manifestation of a social construction associated with the concept of justice is revealed in such artistic characters as Farhad, Bakhrom, Iskandar.
The practical results of the study are as follows:
the study reveals national and universal spiritual and ethical models, socio-cultural and religious-ethical mechanisms of Alisher Navoi's idea of justice;
The study reveals a number of recommendations for the effective organization of the role and importance of Islamic values in promoting the idea of justice by Alisher Navoi.
The reliability of the research results is confirmed by articles published in collections of materials of republican and international scientific conferences, as well as in special journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission and foreign scientific journals, the introduction into practice of developed proposals and recommendations, confirmation of the results obtained by authorized organizations.
