Creating and improving the socio-economic, political-ideological foundations of a just democratic society, adapting to the principles and requirements of a socially oriented market economy, achieving the spiritual and spiritual purification of society and ensuring that our country occupies a worthy place in the world community, studying and applying it in practice is an urgent issue today. is a task.
