  1. Relevance of educational science and higher professional

Place in education
In the development strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, in order to increase financial resources in the economy, to increase the turnover of the stock market from 200 million US dollars to 7 billion US dollars in the next 5 years will contribute to the rapid development of the national economy and high growth rates. recognized as the necessary conditions of provision.
At the same time, gradual liberalization of capital movement in our country and privatization of large enterprises and shares in them, including through the stock exchange. By the end of 2026, it is planned to bring the share of the private sector in bank assets up to 60 percent by completing the transformation processes in commercial banks with a state share.
Currently, special attention is paid to the development of small business and entrepreneurship in our country. Because the development of small business and entrepreneurship is a strategic task of the economic policy of our country. Today, this industry takes a leading position not only in accelerating the growth of the economy, but also in solving the issues of increasing employment and income of the population, and improving living conditions, which are extremely important for our country.
As our President, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev noted, strengthening macroeconomic stability and maintaining high economic growth rates aimed at further development and liberalization of the economy, increasing the competitiveness of the national economy, modernization and rapid development of agriculture, and reducing state participation in the economy by continuing institutional and structural reforms, protecting the right of private property and further strengthening its priority position, stimulating the development of small business and entrepreneurship, comprehensive and proportionate socio-economic development of regions, districts and cities, improving the investment environment, the branches of our country's economy and actively attracting foreign investments to the regions.
The subject of small business and entrepreneurship fundamentals is considered a subject included in the block of elective subjects of the 6023010-Philology (English language) educational direction, and this subject is part of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union and from 2020 TRIGGER (Triggering innovative approaches and entrepreneurial skills for students through creating conditions for graduate's employability in Central Asia according to the established recommendation of the projects named "innovative approaches of students and establishing entrepreneurial skills to create conditions for employment of graduates", teaching young students in the 1st courses of educational courses in order to develop entrepreneurial skills and increase their experience planned.
The science of small business and the basics of entrepreneurship is the creation of a new enterprise, the procedure for its state registration and obtaining a license, technical and economic justification and business plan development, small enterprise management, economic analysis of the activities of small enterprises, small business and describes the study of the methodological foundations of the organization of marketing activities in business entities.
