INTRODUCTION
The subject matter of the Course paper is to study the use of modern views on pedagogic factors and how to use it in practice, which is of some interest for theoretical research .In today's process of globalization, the effect of the radical reform of the education system of Uzbekistan is evident in all areas related to this area. The state pays special attention to the teaching and further development of foreign languages in the education system, which is a key sector of socio-economic, political and cultural life of the country, one of the vital factors that directly affect the morale of the population. at the policy level. At a video conference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev on May 6, 2021 on measures to improve the system of teaching foreign languages, the problems in the system were analyzed in detail and priorities were identified. On this basis, the issue of attitudes to foreign language teaching is addressed in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2021 No PP-5117 "On measures to bring the promotion of foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a qualitatively new level": "... education in foreign languages It is no coincidence that the need to develop as a policy priority, radically improve the quality of education in this area, attract qualified teachers to the field and increase the population's interest in learning foreign languages "1
This course work is about the employment of Task-based language teaching as a pedagogical approach used to increase students’ engagement in the classroom in regard to the development of productive skills: speaking and writing for elementary level language learners of primary to lower secondary school students. The article specifies how learners are engaged in a production of their video projects and how the process of video creation, besides pursuing language outcomes, contributes to the development of learners’ higher order thinking skills, better learners’ autonomy and meaningful interaction with the language outside of the classroom. This approach is an educational movement that refers to the outcomes of learning in the development of language programs and language skills of students. The essence of this approach is a new content-based on forming and developing a set of learners’ competences. The process of acquiring this content brings action –oriented character. Language use, embracing language learning, comprises the actions performed by learners who as individuals and as social agents develop a range of competences, both general and particular all components of the communicative competence. The core of this approach is interpreted as students draw on the competences at their disposal in various contexts under various constraints to engage in language activities involving language processes to produce and/or receive texts in relation to themes in specific domains, activating those strategies which seem most appropriate for carrying out the tasks to be accomplished. The monitoring of these actions by the participants leads to the reinforcement or modification of their competences. The main feature of this approach is orientation to results of FLT/L fixed in the State Educational Standard. For this purpose descriptors what the learners should know and can be put on the curriculum in the result are worked out . In Uzbekistan the multistage model of FLT has been worked out on the basis of continuous, succession, taking into consideration 2the international standards, and localization of EL teaching and learning methodology and materials (adapting to the national context). It is related to the well known multilevel model of FLT in the foreign countriesIn recent years, as a result of diplomatic relations with foreign countries, there has been a growing need for personnel with a deep understanding of foreign languages, a correct understanding of the socio-economic situation, political processes and international relations. As a result of changing attitudes to the study and teaching of foreign languages, the issue of training, educating a harmoniously developed generation, continuous teaching of foreign languages in the demonstration of their talents in science has risen to the top.
Pedagogical institutes have been established in many cities of the country, and with the opening of foreign language faculties, there have been positive developments in the training of foreign language specialists. In the process of globalization, a foreign language specialist is required to have a thorough knowledge of one of the foreign languages, regardless of the field in which he / she works, and the legal basis for success is reflected in laws, decrees and programs. The Uzbek State University of World Languages, which is the main institution of higher education, is responsible for the implementation of these documents and the training of specialists fluent in foreign languages. At the same time, many educational institutions are equipped with language equipment and modern pedagogical technologies. As a result of the measures taken, the Uzbek State University of World Languages published 63 textbooks in the field of foreign language education and specialties in 2009-2012. In order to introduce modern information technologies in the educational process, teaching technologies have been developed and applied to the educational process by specialists in each subject. The Uzbek State University of World Languages was preparing bachelors in international journalism, translation theory and practice, English, Russian, French, German, Spanish and Chinese.
