DEVELOPMENT

Relevance and necessity of the dissertation topic. Creative technologies for the development of didactic-methodical competence of future primary school teachers have been applied to the educational process. Based on the competence approach, systematic work is being carried out on the implementation of innovative directions of competitive personnel training, variable forms of teaching, mechanisms for the development of didactic-methodical training of future primary school teachers.
The purpose of the research is to develop the didactic-methodical competence of the future primary school teacher.
Tasks of the research:
improvement of the didactic-methodical competence structure of the future elementary school teacher;
development of didactic-methodical competences of future primary school teachers through independent educational components;
improvement of the model of development of didactic-methodical competence of the future primary school teacher;
clarification of the modular stages of development of the didactic-methodical competence of the future primary school teacher and conducting a pedagogical experiment-test.
The subject of research is the forms, methods and means of developing the didactic-methodical competence of future primary school teachers.
Research methods. The research used a set of methods aimed at ensuring adequate learning: theoretical (analytical synthesis, comparative comparison, analogy, modeling), diagnostic (surveys, testing, observation, designed methods), prognostic (expert assessment, summarization of independent assessments), pedagogical experience-testing and mathematical methods (statistical data processing, graphic representation of results, etc.).
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
the communication efficiency structure of the future elementary school teacher is improved on the basis of providing universal professional, general professional and special competences related to sensitivity to information, creative attitude to practice;

didactic-methodical competences of future primary school teachers are developed on the basis of clarifying the hierarchical level of empirical and theoretical conditions that appeared in the context of transformational paradigm changes in the field of network education;


indicators of didactic-methodical competence of future elementary school teachers were determined based on the integration of logical-meaningful, modular stages of changes in value-objective, didactic-methodical, quantitative and qualitative parameters into adaptive and reproductive teaching;
didactic-methodical competence of future elementary school teachers is improved based on methodological approaches based on competence, giving priority to conceptual aspects of relations between real and potential, real and unreal factors of interaction subjects.
The practical results of the research are as follows:
the structure of didactic-methodical competence of the elementary school teacher was improved;
the stages of modular teaching technology in the development of didactic-methodical competence of the primary school teacher are specified;
The teaching manual "Methodology of mother tongue teaching" was published.
