К лю чевы е слова: профессиональной компетентности, модернизации профессиональной подготовки, акмеологиче ской ориент ации, акмеологического подхода, акмеологического воспит ания и образования, методы дискуссионных акметехнологий, акмеограмма, профессиональной акмеориент ации, формирование специалиста, образовательной среды, научно-методического обеспечения, инт енсивной профессиональной подготовки, профессиональной акме- личност и, компьют ерных т ехнологий, профессиональной акм е-ориент ированност и, инновационно дидакт иче ская модель, современных образоват ельных технологий, профессиональной компетентности, инт еллект уального совершенст вования The formation of professional creative work of future specialists Em azarova G ulnora O blakulovna, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor Tashkent Regional Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute (Uzbekistan) This article discusses the development o f a methodology fo r increasing the effectiveness o f the educational process based on the acmeological approach in vocational education and the development o f the process o f preparing fo r professions by using acme- technology, computer technology, and it also provides fo r obtaining a professional acme personality who owns professional abil ities, orientation and competence as a result o f using fo rm s and methods o f organizing vocational education and training; cre ating pedagogical and psychological conditions fo r this, establishing professionally oriented training, productive use o f modern educational and information technologies based on acmeological orientation-acmeological education and training, acmeolog ical approach, technologies aim ed a t personality development. Scientifically based on the development o f theoretical and practical foundations fo r improving the process o f training students in professional colleges, improving the optimal personality development in adolescence and youth on the basis o f the acmeolog ical approach is one o f the im portant factors and, it is justified that the education o f self-thinking, with high intellectual and spiritual potential o f youth, not inferior to its peers in any field on a global scale, the need to develop its ability fo r logical, in dependent, active creative thinking, increase the level o f individual professional form ation, solve them with the help o f a wide practical application o f factors (conditions, form s, methods and means), activating education, improving on the basis o f the acmeological approach to preparing fo r professional activities o f students in vocational colleges determines the relevance o f the research topic. The development o f science and technology at the international level, advanced production experience, changes taking place in society and nature, which are intensively entering into practice, require the im provem ent o f pedagogical and psychological mechanisms fo r training specialists in vocational education. A t the same tim e, it is im portant to carry out intensive training, ensure the integration o f pedagogical, psychological, and acmeological functions o f education, develop methods o f acmeolog ical vocational guidance in the educational process.
