4. Spaghetti with beef sausage

Sausage pasta is, frankly, very boring. We offer a similar, fast-cooking Italian-style dinner from only naturally packaged beef sausages.

You will need:

- Spaghetti - 500 g
"Culinary" turkey sausages - 1 package
- White onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Hard cheese - 100 gr
- Olives - 80 gr
- Garlic - 1-2 slices
- Salt, black pepper, oregano - to taste.
1. First, defrost the sausages . This can be done in the microwave, but we recommend pouring boiling water over the sausage and keeping it for 4-6 minutes.

2. Grate the onion and cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Divide the sausages into thin round pieces. Cut the olives into 2-3 pieces. Pass the garlic through a fine grater or garlic press.

3. Fry the onion over medium heat until soft and translucent. Then add the tomatoes and fry on low heat for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the sausages and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Add chopped garlic and olives. Add salt and pepper and oregano. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.

6. If you want the sauce to be thinner, add half a glass of boiling water or boiling broth. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat.

7. Now it remains to cook the spaghetti. Put 2 liters of water in a bowl and bring to a boil. Season with salt and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the package. Be sure to stir to prevent it from sticking.

8. When the spaghetti is ready, put it in a deep bowl and add the sauce and grated cheese.

5. Roasted dumplings with turkey
Try to cook "culinary" dumplings in a crackling style!

First you need to boil the dumplings. Add water to the pot, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Put 1 roll of dumplings and add salt. Bake for 2-3 minutes, but do not overcook.

Then pour the vegetable oil no more than 5 mm from the bottom of the bowl. Heat until a little smoke appears on it. After soaking the excess moisture in the pans on a paper towel, carefully place it in the pan.

Roast for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure that all sides are evenly browned. Once all the dumplings are the same golden-red color, you can check their readiness.

They can be topped with a refreshing dzaziki sauce. Mix 250 g of sour cream with two crushed cucumbers (pickles), a bunch of chopped parsley, dill and a clove of garlic. Salt and pepper are added according to taste. Ready!
